		<description>Had that problem on my dell laptop (Inspiron 1300)
reinstalling the machine 2-3 times did not help, I found the problem is when I install the graphics driver (Intel 915GM/GMS, 910GML) is not to to look in windows update site for a newer driver, it seems to immediately break the driver with no way back to fix it.</description>
